Alp Village SA is a Swiss developer specialising in building high quality chalets and apartments for sale in some of the best ski resorts in Switzerland.
Some years ago Alp Village identified the ski resorts which connect into the Verbier ski area as being exceptionally good value and we are now building our fifth development in the area. We have built over 25 chalets in the in the resort of Les Collons alone.
Alp Village’s flagship development is the Matterhorn Village in Les Collons at 1800m, a development of seven luxurious modern chalets designed by local architect, Eric Papon. These have been built using traditional materials but with a stunning modern twist. Huge panoramic windows give fabulous views to the Matterhorn.
The Pieds des Pistes Chalets is our latest chalet development and it is perfectly situated just 200m from the chairlift at Les Masses (1550m) which connects into the entire Verbier ski area. Alp Village SA are building three traditional five bedroom chalets, four large four bedroom chalets and sixteen three bedroom chalets. Prices are very reasonable for such a high quality product. Owners will not be obliged to rent their chalets but a full management service is available if required so owners could cover their costs by renting though a leading chalet rental company.
In Veysonnaz, another village connecting into the Verbier ski area, Alp Village’s Ski Paradise apartmetn building sold out very quickly so we have just released a similar building, the Ski Heaven which is under construction in the main street within easy walking distance of the ski lift. Chalet Ski Heaven will have just 14 apartments which will share a deluxe spa with sauna and Jacuzzi. Construction started in 2011 and is scheduled for completion for December 2012.
